Patrick Lehmann is PLC2's Head of System Engineering and consulting expert for VHDL, OSVVM, FPGA

technology, as well as CI/CD automation processes. As the vice-chair of the IEEE P1076 working group,

he's actively driving the development of VHDL as a powerful hardware description and verification

language. With a passion for sharing knowledge, he's actively maintaining and contributing to several

open-source projects in the VHDL and EDA ecosystem. Notably, in 2016, he initiated the "Open Source

VHDL Group," aiming to create a comprehensive collection of VHDL components and packages freely

accessible to the public.
