Oner Hanay is Co-Founder and CEO of InCirT GmbH, responsible for company strategy, business development, and the product roadmap for breakthrough data converter technologies.

He focuses on customer engagement, strategic partnerships, and aligning technical innovation with market needs.

He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from RWTH Aachen University in 2013 and 2015, and his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering in 2020. His research focus was wideband transmitters, DACs, mmWave mixers, and digital signal processing.
